How do I check my Mygiftcardsite balance?

If you have purchased or been gifted a prepaid Visa debit card, then the first thing you will want to do is to check your balance.

This is how your view your current Mygiftcardsite card balance:

First, visit www.Mygiftcardsite.com. You will be re-directed to the official sign in page at https://www2.consumercardaccess.com/main/mygiftcardusb/.

Then enter your Prepaid Card Number.

Enter your Prepaid Card 3-Digit Security Code.

Enter the CAPCHA code in the code field.

Click on “Log In”.

After your have successfully logged in,  your Mygiftcardsite Card balance and account details will be shown on the next page.

You can also call Customer Service at 1-866-952-5653 to check your card balance by phone.

Call the phone number and follow the prompts for a balance check.

    I am trying to figure out the balance to my card and it keeps telling me that it’s not found. I’ve called the number and entered the card number but it just says it can’t find the card and hangs up. I would like to speak to someone please. 616-262-xxxx

      Make sure that you enter the long card number on the front of the card, without spaces,*’s or #’s.
      The card security code is the 3-digit number on the back of the card.
      Check your balance online at Mygiftcardsite.com, if the phone check does not work for you.
      It is also likely that your MyGiftCardSite card has expired, in which case you can no longer check the balance. Check the expiry date on the front of the card.

    I called to check the balance on my gift card that was never used and was told my balance was $0.00. I asked the representative as well and was told I had to fax a copy of the front and the back of the card to them before I could receive any information. I logged into the site to find out that the company had taken $2.00/per month out which left me a balance of 0.00. How can you do that without permission when this was a gift card. I am very applauded and will be reporting this to consumer affairs.

      interesting that you can only see information for current year. I just got a magnifying glass out and found the notice about the $2 deduction for inactivity for a 30 day period. Really poor business and I will be telling others. Wondering where Carmen lodged her complaint, I would like to do the same.

    i’m very disappointed with this company on their gift card lack of service and odd system. i have a $100 gift card which I received as a gift, and i wen to their website to double check that the $100 stated on the card was active. Even thought the sticker on the front states “your card is now active, so start using it today”, which I did try, and it was declined at the store.
    the credit card website says they can’t find my credit card. This company seems unprofessional and very fishy. not user friendly at all!!

    I will not go into details, but my experience has not been good up to now !! I think this is very questionable and there are problem with whatever field I attempt to enter data into. Someone needs to take a good hard look at this mess. Also, where are the “live ” operators to sort problems out ????. Nowhere to be found !!!!
